Had never been there and was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. I was greeted by several people and was given instant attention by James Taylor. Very knowledgeable about the questions I had for him and knew the product I was asking about. If you need help with a project, go there. I think any of the gentleman behind the counter will be more than happy to help.

I consider this Baker Distributing location to be my home base supplier and not just because they are located perfectly in St. Petersburg. The staff at this location is knowledgeable, accurate with orders and very friendly when treated with mutual respect. These are the kind of people who will go a little further to find what one needs in a pinch.
