Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Baker Distributing. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
Customers should contact Customer Service (844) 289-0033 if not satisfied with a product for any reason. We will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 90 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from Baker Distributing.
For business customers, product returns, if allowed, must be made within one (1) year from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
All returns that require a warranty filing for products purchased greater than 12 months ago per the date of the original invoice, are subject to a Warranty Handling Charge. Warranty filings for Motors, Modules and Miscellaneous Parts will incur a $35 handling fee. Warranty filings for Coils and Compressors will incur a $75 handling fee. Warranty handling charges are to offset the cost of time to process documentation through the vendor, accounting of the credit from the vendor and any incurred freight from the vendor beyond the standard year that is provided at No Charge.
