Sanit-ICEPart # 130-61025The OptiPure® Sanit-ICE is an external wall-mounted self-contained ozone ice treatment system. Easy mounting with a Z-Bar integrated into the back of the extruded enclosure. This unit will adapt to any size ice machine via a sophisticated control system. The unit delivers ozone through a single hole in the ice machine to a diffuser stone in the sump allowing ozone to dissolve in the water, treating the water, as well as off-gassing into the chiller compartment and treating all of the internal surfaces. Z-Bar mounting plate, drill template, grommet for the wall of the ice maker, diffuser stone, and 6’ Teflon tubing are also included.System Benefits* Adjustable Output - With a push of a button the system will adjust ozone output and treatment time to deliver the appropriate amount of ozone for the ice machine it is treating.* Multi-Color Indicator - Each ice machine range is assigned a color to allow the unit to be set correctly and easily.* Intelligent Control - Unit will keep the air pump on for a few seconds after the ozone is shut down to purge remaining ozone out of the system and protect the internal components from possible creep of unused ozone backwards through the system.* Variable Frequency Drive for the Pump - The control board will ramp the pump speed up or down depending on which ice machine is being treated. This microcontroller adjusts several different parameters to accommodate a wide varity of ice machine sizes. By the press of a single button the operator can vary both ozone flow and treatment time. The setting will be indicated by the color of the LED light located next to the selector button.
