Description:
These conversion blower packages are designed for converting Manufactured Housing Gas or Electric Furnaces for cooling. When using these blower packages the furnace is ready for split system air conditioning. The 87/88-1008 is capable of handling up to 3 1/2-4 tons and the 87/88-1208 is capable of handling up to 4-4 1/2 tons nominal air conditioning if the duct work is adequately sized. Package consists of one carton that contains the 110 volt bower assembly (87-) or 230 volt blower assembly (88-) with or without 40VA control box wired for either 2 wire or 4 wire controls together with proper electrical harnesses and required adapter plates for either NORDYNE or COLEMAN mobile home furnaces. These units are P.F.S. approved per HUD guidelines.

The 87/88-1208 Large Blower has the following benets:
Helps overcome duct problems during the manufacture of the home. Increased air ow increases BTU performance of air conditioners and heat pumps. Allows the applications on some 5 Ton condensing units on mobile home gas furnaces. Gives better performance in doublewide applications. This blower was specically designed for doublewides, triplewides, (3 duct systems) and for duct systems with lateral takeos for perimeter cooling. Perimeter cooling has become much more prevalent today.
