Our improved checkout process makes the Bakerdist.com order process more efficient than ever before. Add products to your cart and go right to checkout. View shipping estimates before checkout. Include notes to the store who will process your order or your salesperson.
Add Products to Cart
Products can be added to your cart in the following ways:
- Search Window
- Product category page
- Product detail page
Add Products to Cart from Search Window
- Best to use when the exact product or product number is not known
- Search product from search window using product name or number
- Select ADD TO CART from the list of products shown
- Increase quantity by going directly to your cart. VIEW CART
Add Products to Cart from Category Page
- Best to use when shopping a category of products such as Thermostats
- Enter a quantity
- Select ADD TO CART
- Increase or decrease quantity by going directly to your cart. VIEW CART
- Products can also be placed directly into a Quicklist by selecting ADD TO QUICKLIST
Add Products to Cart from Product Detail Page
- Best to use when shopping one specific product such as Honeywell Programmable Thermostat
- Enter a quantity
- Select ADD TO CART
- Increase or decrease quantity by going directly to your cart. VIEW CART
- Products can also be placed directly into a Quicklist by selecting ADD TO QUICKLIST
View Cart
- View list of items available in your cart
- Click shopping_cart > VIEW CART to view items you have placed in your cart
Checkout
- Select cart icon shopping_cart > CHECKOUT to enter the checkout screen
- Review items, inventory, quantity and subtotal, click 'proceed to checkout'
- Select shipping method, payment method, and include notes to the store who will process your order
Accept Quotes
- View and approve quotes any time before expiration. View Quotes
- Create an order without searching for products
- Easily find saved quotes by number, name or job name
Quicklists
- Quicklist are a library of your most commonly/frequently purchased items. Go to Quicklists
- Add products to lists directly from search results or product detail pages
- Frequently purchased items
- Hard to find items
- Truck stock template
- Technician supply reordering
- Model home kits
- Type of equipment and associated parts
- Assigned technicians

Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Learn more
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit account, credit card, etc.)
- Customers should contact customer service if not satisfied with a product for any reason at (844) 289-0033
Payment Methods
- Online orders will be invoiced to your Baker account
- Online-only customers (those who do not have a Baker in-store account) can make payments at checkout with credit card
- Pay invoices by credit card. Pay Invoice by Credit Card
- Pay invoices by ACH with BakerPay Pay with BakerPay
