To Commercial Specialists' Valued Customers,

Baker Distributing Company is pleased to announce that the Commercial Specialists team is now part of Baker Distributing Company, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.

Although some processes may change, Commercial Specialists stores will continue to operate under the Commercial Specialists name. Commercial Specialists' customers will still receive the same customer service and work with the staff you are accustomed to when visiting one of the Commercial Specialists stores. This new partnership will give Commercial Specialists' customers access to more product lines and leading technology in the industry.

Our company closely aligns with all things Baker Distributing; not only on our core values, morals, and vision for the future, but also in understanding our challenges and struggles. The goal of this acquisition is not to change who we are, what we do, or what we pride ourselves in. It is to provide us with additional resources to enhance what we do very well as a company. It will help us dramatically improve in areas where we struggle: such as technology, infrastructure, inventory, and help us gain access to more diverse and competitive product lines. Everything about this acquisition feels right. We truly feel that our team of people and our contractors will benefit tremendously from better programs, products, and policies that Baker Distributing culture can provide us.
